At the core of our business is the idea of treating you like we would our own parents. Kara and Steve have always believed that the best way to work with clients is to understand what you want, so we start by sitting down with you face-to-face, much like you would with family around the dinner table.

Step 1: In-Home Consultation


Our process begins with a one-on-one, in-person meeting where we get to know your needs and desires. For this meeting, we recommend having important details on hand, such as passwords, cable provider information, network name, and a list of your current equipment.

Step 2: Explaining Our Why

This is where we get personal. We want to understand your family dynamics—who helps with your care, and how we can work together with your circle of support. With your permission, we’ll reach out to your children, relatives, or close friends to introduce ourselves, answer their questions, and make sure everyone’s on the same page.

Step 3: Our Services

We know that, especially for older generations, it can be overwhelming to navigate the world of services and products. We’ll briefly explain all the services we offer, even if they’re not something you need right now. We work with trusted vendors we've vetted, and we’ll coordinate the services for you, ensuring you only receive one easy, itemized invoice each month.

Step 4: Home and Property Inspection


Your home is one of your most valuable assets. We’ll conduct a thorough inspection to help maintain its value and ensure everything is in good shape. We’ll offer suggestions for anything that needs attention, focusing on safety, security, and maintenance.

Step 5: Customizing Services to Fit Your Needs


After our meeting and inspection, we’ll help you select the services that fit your needs and budget. While we offer subscription-based packages for the best value, we’re also happy to provide individual services if that’s a better fit for you.
