Our Pricing

Everyone’s needs are unique and we will work with you on a case by case basis to provide you services that you want.

Your best value will be found in either of the subscription based plans. The time you purchase within these plans can be used during that month for whatever you’d like (tech support/troubleshooting or learning some new functionality on your Mac). Subscribers will have priority response times and we will set them up with remote access software on their Mac or PC so that we can troubleshoot remotely.

Some people do not care for subscription models and that’s fine too. We’re happy to help you on an as needed or a la carte basis. Should you chose to elect for a subscription at a later date that is great.

    24 hour response time to your call or text

    One service call per month as needed ($80 value)

    Phone/text support up to 30 minutes per month ($40 value)

    One remote access ($50 value)

    Hourly Rate is $70 /hour (13% discount)

  • Platinum Subscritption $149 /month

    24 hour response time to your call or text

    One service call per month as needed ($80 value)

    Phone/text support up to 1 hour per month ($80 value)

    2 remote access ($100 value)

    Hourly Rate is $60 /hour (25% discount)
